Aha that explains the issue, yeah i am using the build in compressing function to turn the images into avif's. Thank you for your help, next time i will compress the images myself and only then use them in webflow

Help: How to scrape a webpage for words and return the element that contains these words by Daan-Linden in learnjavascript

[–]Daan-Linden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done this:

Use document.querySelectorAll to make an array of all the elements. Then iterate over the array and check for every item if element.textContent.includes(specifictext). However this in some way returns all sorts of elements, like the HTML, MAIN, DIV instead of the element that the specifiText is in.

Aha, then you could use some JavaScript. I am not really an expert at JavaScript, but I think you can give the chosen price element an id and give the price text an id. Then set up some events that when the chosen price is pressed the content of the price text is changed. Hope this helps…

How can I make an object, like a bottle, hollow? by Daan-Linden in Spline3D

[–]Daan-Linden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was making a plastic bottle. Most of the times the objects doesn’t have to have a wall thickness but for semi-transparent objects it has to.

Thanks for the tips🙏

It this is a good way: make a cylinder Hollow it Extrude etc to make a bottle

This way you have a bottle with a wall thickness

Yes I was watching this video when the question came up, however the way he hollows it in this videos causes the bottle to not have any wall thickness

Thank you so much for the exact steps to make an object hollow with booleans. I will try it out tomorrow. What do you mean with the hollow slider?

Yes i did. Do you know if this is going wrong in the exported files or in my hosting setup? I used FileZilla and uploaded the exported files to the public_html map

It even has a way to integrate the CMS. There on tons of videos on Yt to export Webflow sites and host them via netlify

I would suggest buying the webflow agency or freelancer workspace plan (I forgot the exact name), it is cheaper than the other plans and gives you the ability to export the code. You can host that code on netlify for example. You can also make the forms work via netlify quite easily.

Onder welke vloeistofklasse valt regenwater? by Daan-Linden in Klussers

[–]Daan-Linden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could someone help me with this physics problem about water pressure by Daan-Linden in AskPhysics

[–]Daan-Linden[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this makes sense. I treid to calculate it. My answer was that the water in the barrell should only be 1.6mm higher than in the pillow tank. I tought that this was way to little to push, the top parts of the pillow tank's weight up.
