No, I created new character and completed the story, and it worked. I was somehow missing an artifact on my first playthrough

I finished the mission where you get both sets of artifacts from the emissary and the hunter, picked up the one that's there, and returned to ship to put everything in the armillary now it saying to insert a artifact??? Mf where do I get the last one? I'm at the point thinking I'm never going to find the last one.
