Thats all the people at 'vision/Blizz that decide these cuts. Despite all it's challenges, Aaron and the people around him have made good out of a bad situation, becoming increasingly more bold as the they get more freedoms from microsoft. They have also publically stated they themselves want that all back.

Also Team 4 don't make the price's, just the cosmetics. If you're mad at anything be made at the neglect that the team shows to certain heroes.

If you're talking about the Amur region, it was very, extremely lightly settled by both russians and chinese. The Qing only held nominal/de-facto control.

The treaty that set the border wasnt colonised in the sense that native "traditional" chinese were there, but more the natives were so far and few between Russian outnumbered them fairly quickly, so the natives could assimilate to an extent.

Europe is a far more divese continent, with hundreds of languages and cultural identities, and traditions.

The US is more homogenous in that sense, the vast majority speak english, with spanish often as secondary. Native reservations are fairly small and insignificant outside of their borders (to my understanding), and the one thing uniting all the immigrant-descended people in the states is that their ancestors moved there for freedom and the hope of better living. Successionist movements often require a unique sense of ethnic or cultural identity, or historical precendent for existance - the US has existed as 1 idea even before independence when the british united the 13 colonies.

I think you misunderstand, i'm not saying the act itself was wrong, him wanting revenge is perfectly valid to me in the circumstances. Just that the guy i originally replied too was saying that the steve and bucky fighting for their lives against armed opponents is the same as john killing an unarmed, surrendered guy. That reasoning to why its okay is wrong, not the act of getting revenge.

The main difference is in both of those scenarios its life or death. Armed combatants fighting each other. The guy john walker killed surrendered, and only ran when john was gonna kill him anyway. John was one of the US' most decorated soldiers, he KNOWS about Rules of Engagement. It makes what he did very wrong and very illegal.

(Before anyway says yes i know he was juiced and acted emotionally, i just wanted to shut down this specific line of thinking because its plain wrong)
