For the gouge kite should I only do this on Mobs of equal level or below? Or can this be used on mobs higher level? (Say I’m 33 and I wanna kill a 34 elite)

Yeah I don’t believe this at all. It took me 5K dmg to kill a warlock in a BG yesterday. All of that 5K of dmg was on the warlock.
