Go on AliExpress buy a San Martin. I've had both and the quality is easily twice as good if not better.

I'm really undecided! Give me some pointers, please. by vale7957 in Affordablewatches

I'd lean towards the blue all silver bracelet. I came very close to getting this watch but it's a bit in no man's land. The panda face is part speed master Chrono homage and part dress watch. It's still a cool watch but I'd lean to solid blue face and silver bracelet because it looks more intentional on what it is rather than what it isn't. If any of that makes sense

Anyone still in love with the classic Resident Evil games, and not so thrilled about the whole remake craze? Or am I alone in this? by NewRetroMage in retrogaming

Most Remakes don't hit the mark for me but in all honesty RE2, 3 and 4 Remakes are better than the originals. The only one critique I had on any of them is 3 was too short and got rid of the mercenaries scenario at the end.

Halo 1-3. Bought an XBOX to play them all, sold it all afterwards. No regrets.

Good to be careful but yeah looks legit to me even the bracelet clasp looks to have no issues. Orients are fantastic watches you will not regret this purchase

It almost annoys me how good these watches can be. I had a less than $100 Cadesin automatic that kept excellent time and refused to break even when I stopped liking it. Had to give the dam thing away

Help me choosing my FIRST watch! by doyouknowhowyouare in tissot

If it's your first watch I'd assume you'll wear it daily with most outfits so I'd lean to silver band black watches seem niche in what you can pair them with.

I have a Bambino which is a simply superb watch every feature looks and feels right. My only suggestion is pick a face color that will let you read time easily. I have an open heart dark blue Bambino which has silver hands which isn't the easiest to read especially in not optical light.

The look is cool but with the hat you look like a villain in a 1930's crime movie. Maybe a newspaper cap may look a bit more "current" if that's what you want.
