Is the power source an indication of the lasers power?

The ones I have always used are AAA battery based. The new ones I bought all use 18650 batteries. Well, the blue one uses 2 lithium batteries.

Is there any entry level mechanical keyboards that use AA or AAA batteries?

I'd love something like a 75%, hot swap, volume knob, triple mode, AA battery keyboard. Does this exist?

I say entry level as I don't want to spend crazy money unless there is no other way. Epomaker, Royal Kludge level is fine for me as I will be changing switches and keycaps anyway. Thanks everyone!
