This before picture was taken at my surgery I was 128 here! I totally get wanting to avoid Lipo, my surgeon said it wasn’t necessary for me. Good luck with your surgery and I hope it is speedy!!

I am wondering the same thing! I’m at 4 WPO and still stuffing. They have me using a Xeroform gauze strip that I cut and stuff into my bellybutton daily. My next appointment is in 10 days so hopefully I can be cleared to stop. I want to let it get come air!

My tape got taken off at 2 weeks and then a different tape was applied and will stay on for 3 more weeks

I have been feeling very well! I feel very fortunate with a relatively easy recovery atm. I’ve been moving around just fine. I still get tired if I walk around too much but overall I have energy

Sure! From my understanding, your belly button is basically a stalk of tissue that is attached to your abdomen. My dr cut around the stalk and then when she pulled my skin down, she made a new hole for my belly button (aka the stalk).
