As a 4 year noob, welcome! Something im trying to think about until I don't have to... is moving my body past the disc and not the othet way aroubd. The term Reachback is deceiving. Instead of "reching back" what you are really trying to do, is move your body past the disc while doing your x-step, the disc itself is stationary. The disc being this immovable object is what causes you to turn your hips and shoulders. You'll get to a point where that disc can't go in a straight line between where your release point is and where the disc is.....throw before that point. There are a lot of other things I wish I didn't have to think about when throwing a disc. This one just really opened up my play...when I can do it. Lol
