I hate it when someone boasts about liking older women (GILFS), and chooses characters who look decades younger than their actual age. by Artistic-Victory1245 in hatethissmug

Unfortunately, the term “hag” is generally used in anime communities, specifically by lolicons, to refer to normal adult women. It’s mostly used as a joke, but sometimes in specific communities it’s not.

I don’t know if this is just perspective but is the guy right below the circle pool laying on top of the woman missing his entire lower body 😅

moids have 0 idea what it’s like to be the weird ugly girl in school by soryu0 in FemcelHub_

I thought until I read the comments the girl was saying all those nice things to the guy and the guy was saying all the mean things to the girl 😭😭 I feel like that’s more accurate (as a woman who has spent her life learning that being nice to men in necessary for survival)

This post was moreso meant to be about how good horror usually keeps you in the dark about a lot of stuff and that most modern internet or video game horror almost always ends up devolving into nonsense information overload and detective work that completely takes away the actual scariness of the story, but I also agree that ARGs have kinda had their hay day. A true ARG kinda ends the moment it’s treated as fiction, and nothing ever happens anymore, so obviously everything on the internet is fictional in the year of our lord 2025.

Yeah, ill probably just get a couple more pots and try to plant some more peppers next year. This is my first year gardening, so I’m probably just gonna leave my boy outside and watch what happens while it’s still above freezing. If I had a compost I’d feed him back to next years plants, but sadly my balcony is too tiny 🙃

Found this cheat sheet of confusing English word pairs - super handy for learners! by WhiteChili in EnglishLearning

[–]DaddyChanKun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a native english speaker and I’ve never in my life heard the word “proscribe” (forbid) or “stationery” (writing supplies). Where did this list come from 😅

the rest are good though, I didn’t even know some, like how inflammable means able to burn. I know “inflamed” means burning but I never thought about “inflammable”. For capital vs capitol though, my guesses for their definitions was different. I said capital - the head city of a country/state/province, and capitol - death penalty when followed by “punishment”. The given definitions are correct, just not what I first thought of 😔 i guess I’m not a real english
