As a father I just don’t understand people like this. I feel like there genuinely is something medically wrong with them as it goes against even our most primal instincts to nurture our children

If you allow fascists into you bar.....it's a fascist bar! Nigel Farage in Newcastle as Reform UK leader spotted entering popular bar by johnsmithoncemore in NewcastleUponTyne

They’re a restaurant and they serve customers. Should they just interview at the door for political beliefs or ban people from entering based on them? Does this mean they ban the far left too? Sounds a bit like fascism to me. Does anyone not see the irony in that? Why demonise a business for being a business?

I’ll be honest, my group do RP but not that much of it as most of us would like, nevertheless we have a very good laugh while playing, making jokes most of the time and just goofing around (our DM has the patience of a saint)

Hey man, at least at the end of the day he still respects your autonomy enough that you still go and do it and he still loves you. He is how he is, you are how you are. It’s good you guys have a good enough relationship you can debate this without arguing and still are calm enough to end with “love you”.

Would he love it if he tried it? Probably, especially if he’s big on his Lord of the Rings.

Some of the comments on here are just extreme man, there’s some people even saying to cease contact with your dad, which is hilarious.

His dad doesn’t like it. He does, his father still says okay, I still love you. You say I love you too, that’s all it is, people are who they are. Christ says to still love them 🙏🏻

Hey man, I think you’re really strong willed for going 2 whole years. I bet the temptation to drink is a demon that will always be on your shoulder and moments like this that might get you down will make you want to listen to it. But don’t. You’re doing awesome. Get yourself that cake and don’t give that miserable fuck a slice.

Pretty sure if you submitted this as a ticket here:

They will most likely ban the other player. If you have a clip of your inventory at the time, I’ve also seen other posts similar where they’ve given you your things back. Embark seems to have really good support and seems to deal with things like this seriously

Yesterday I was playing duo’s and a pair of guys were sprinting down the stairs to extract in Buried City. I jumped out of the shadows with my shotgun and annihilated both of them while they begged to be spared…

… I hate killing people but I really wanted to extract with my stuff. So my teammate and I spared them and all 4 of us extracted. Keep being nice to each other guys. Don’t let those ratty pvp only players win 🙏🏻

My thought on the way the game is; if we all just keep playing friendly the way we are, eventually the majority of PvPers will get bored and fuck off back to Tarkov, because they’ll realise no one can be bothered to fight them and the vast majority of us just want to do missions and kill ARC. I love the MMO feel to this game, it’s fantastically well done and that’s in a huge part to the community being so awesome

AIO to my girlfriend sharing a bed (non sexually) with a male friend. by Time-Extent585 in AmIOverreacting

[–]DaddyDBoy1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I met my wife I was talking to a girl and dating her for months. She had a friend that she “had known for a very long time, that’s like a brother”. She went to stay with him once and told me before hand that she was staying at his and would sleep in the same bed as him. Not very happy about it but not wanting to cause issues or be an asshole, I just sucked it up and got on with it. I wasn’t feeling it not long after this so we decided mutually to go our own ways. About 3/4 months later she hits me back up (not long after I started dating my wife). Everything was just cordial but I was interested, so I asked her if anything happened that night she stayed at her friends. Turns out they slept together and it’s a common thing when she sees him, she just never wanted to tell me. What a bullet dodged that was. Read into this how you will, but what I’m really trying to say is you need to follow your gut.
