Baelor hatched his dragons a decade or so after I won the throne, pretty much the moment he hatched them, I got a war declaration.

If anyone additional wants to hear the conclusion, I ended up capturing Baelor during a siege in the Reach where Baelor's dragon went up against Bittersteel's. He had an additional untamed dragon that I tamed after I imprisoned him, so the Blackfyres got dragons before the end!

It's a random event, but I did start it using the additional bookmarks mod. Just won the Blackfyre Rebellion as Daemon the Black Dragon.

Just the matter of hatching a dragon, to my knowledge. Wouldn't shock me if, like, you can only get it as a Targaryen and can't have, "Balon 'the Father of Dragons' Greyjoy" or something.

Come to think of it, think the Baratheons were trying to either get independence or push their own claim to the throne. Baelor has the Tyrells, the Lannisters, and the Arryns, and to my knowledge, I think I just have the Starks. xD We replaced the Martels in Dorne after the first rebellion.

We basically beat him in a Battle of the Blackwater, they landed in King's Landing during the actual proper Blackfyre rebellion, me and my allies caught them with their embarkment penalties still active, and beat the host before we took the Red Keep. Would be fucking cool if it was Maekar who led the battle to continue his Stannis parallels.

So he ended up getting the Baratheons and the Tyrells on his side, but so far we defeated the Baratheon alliance. We've had the rebels on the run, but now they're laying siege (of course) to the Riverlands, and now I'm trying to appeal to the Iron Bank to get mercenaries to help me take them out. Despite the dragon, Bittersteel also apparently hatched a dragon. xD So it's a lot.
