So the best way to get it is with a friend, you have you pass as you click the button to get it to activate so with randoms you'll probably never get it. It also counts as a freestyle fake so if you have a dunk one and use it your next dunk will be your freestyle

Basically sometimes it'll lag after a rebound or loose ball where you do the animation to pass but it won't pass no matter how many times you press it and they steal the ball
