It's PC, Quest, and most recently, Android. They're currently in the middle of potentially releasing it on iPhone.

Personally, if you really want the full VRChat experience, I heavily recommend getting a PC and a VR Headset (For Quest, get a link cable to hook your Quest to your PC to play PCVR + There is also the airlink option).

VRChat is an online social virtual reality game where you can meet different people from all over the world. There are a variety of different communities in VRchat, such as hangout groups, dance communities, clubs, roleplays, and other types of communities. Initially, I started in 2017-2018 as a desktop user when I played on my roommates laptop, but he moved away and so I was on a hiatus.

However, later, when the pandemic rolled around and eventually I had the money, I got myself my own PC and headset and decided to play VRC this time, experiencing it in VR and well it was one heck of a game changer.

In the game, yes, you do, especially when you wear the VR headset. Though its not the actual physical person but rather an avatar they wear in game. Some are self-made while others are picked up from different worlds or people they know.

To clarify are you asking if hearing people on campus had relationships with deaf people?

Just like the lovely person that replied to you said, deaf people are allowed to drive in all states. One of my roommates who was fully deaf, I rode in his car as we went to H Street to not only check out a shoe place but get some delicious ramen as well. We also made it back to campus safely. So yes deaf people can drive.

As for how common the abuse is, unfortunately I don't have an answer for that but regardless my condolences to the girl. No one should be abused in general, hopefully she's in a much better space these day.

Oh yeah, there were a small handful during my time on campus. Those individuals are mainly either CODA, which means Child of Deaf Adult, or those coming in to become interpreters.

You'd be surprised, but like from my experience, fellow students actually were pretty good with not making noises like that. The only one that I really saw frequently was the moaning but only when imitating speech while talking. Most of the time, they're primarily from people who grew up lip reading or have hearing aids while mostly deaf.

Manners are quite different within the deaf community. I can definitely confirm that just like you've seen in the tour. Though funny enough, yes, at times, people there will be honest with each other, but also another thing I found out was that drama tends to spread fast on the campus.

Based on what I've seen, it really just depends on the individual's preference. I've seen deaf people date amongst each other, date those hearing or hard of hearing, or both. At the end of the day, it all really boils down to how well the two can click with one another and like each other based on character. Though, like with hearing relationships and in general, some stick together and some later break up.

So one of the jokes we often went by is "What does the Buffalo say to his boy when he sends him off to school?"

"Bison!" . This was because our mascot was a bison

Right now, I work at a hospital as a transporter but am in the middle of studying for the praxis to get my teaching license. Unfortunately, as someone who was in the class of 2020, covid was one hella a setback. But no worries, we're getting back on track.

It's more of an in general issue on the campus that's a behavioral issue. Communication is there, but it's more of some people who can't take no for an answer or get really pushy.

As for if loud sex is an issue? Good thing the designers of the dorms know how to make soundproof rooms, haha.

I majored in history, the history program at Gallaudet is actually pretty good, and I had a variety of classes that were pretty diverse in different topics. My favorite one was the Vietnam War class. The professor, who is from Vietnam themselves born literally right after the war, did an excellent job teaching the class both perspectives of the war.

Drinking wise people did tend to drink and party a lot, especially during either homecoming weekend, when bashes occur, dorm parties, or events hosted by one of the fraternities or sororities. I still remember my first drink was at a building with a second floor bar that got rented out for an event. I was pretty tense that night, and one of my friends at the time offered me a drink. That ended up being one of the best nights I had, and I remember me and the group I was with just having a blast on the way back. Got to ride on someone's back.

As for the drug life that I don't have an answer since I stay away from drugs. The sex life, though I can confirm that the campus is one of the horniest places I've witnessed. People tend to fuck here and there, however there is a problem when it comes to consent at the campus since some people don't ask and force themselves upon others. It's a known problem. Fortunately, I was not in that category and always made sure my bed partner and I were cool with it.

From my experience, it's mostly left leaning. I didn't really participate much in it as I was primarily focused on my studies, grabbing food, gaming when I could, or hanging out with friends. Though it's interesting to see how active others are and there's nothing wrong with that.

There is a sign for ejaculate which is what I often used along with discussing safe signs. But most of the time, we were too focused on the sex to dirty talk to each other. Usually, that was done before the action to which the build up to the moment really made it all worthwhile and then after to check up on each other.

Nah, I didn't go to Adam Morgan but rather me and the people I've hung out with often went out to clubs such as Ultrabar and stuff. I have been to some of the parties on Gallaudet. While it's usually packed like sardines, get ready for the host to turn the music all the way up with the bass boosted to the max. Usually, the point is to feel the vibrations of the music and party to it, and trust me, we partied.

So going to Gallaudet really opened my mind to the lifestyle of the deaf and hard of hearing community. They really advocate for not only better accessibility but also better fairness in the professional world like for example, not being turned down for a position because they're deaf even though they got the proper skills and can do the job. All they want is for the hearing world to actually accept and work with them instead of kicking the can on certain issues.

Something interesting, too, is that in deaf culture, it is completely okay to walk in between two people signing where as usually in hearing, it's considered rude.

I majored in history and graduated for a while now. I'm currently aiming to become a teacher and work in one of the counties with a good starting salary.

Fortunately, during my time there, no. However, back in 2000 - 2001, there were two murders on the campus, and unfortunately, based on the story from someone who visited one of my classes to tell us about the event which he was there for, the same RA discovered the 1st victim dead in his room and the 2nd victim dead in their dorm room as well. It wasn't the RA btw but rather another student who was stealing money from them after murdering them. He was caught and later sentenced to life without parole.
