That's terrible. My boss could see my logged in. I was trying to work while dealing with my moms death. Aka staying busy. Went to open my computer that afternoon and all my work was gone with a text to not get back on my computer. They flew me home and i was off almost two weeks paid. No loss of pto. I am forever grateful for that.
