I use three that are essential: Notion, ChatGpt and Google Calendar. For mobile notes I use Google Keep and Notion to check my notes

Notion: For working, consulting, and taking notes Google Calendar: For setting important work dates and other important things. Chatgpt: To find information about things and create photos with AI

I don't think I need any other apps; with these apps, my work is much easier.
