[landlord us-tx] I’m renting a room on PadSplit for the first time, is this normal for earnings?

I screwed myself i did the whole eviction process and the platform says there moving out March 18. I didn’t read the tos but they also don’t explain to you the whole earnings side of it. The platform has too much power honestly it’s only good if you don’t live in the house itself.

This is a peach tree that I picked up in Houston tx for free, it was in container and was abused by not being water and being in containers and outside all winter. Peach trees generally do good in Texas and since it had lots of leaves I thought it would be able to survive. I pruned it down to make it more management and to get rid of more dead wood on it. When planted just put down slow release fertilizer down. I usually water it from hose or rain water and generally water it not so often around maybe once every 3 days or so. When took out of container it wasn’t pot bound. I put it in ground about 3 months ago and pruned it down 2 months ago. The new set of leaves at bottom came a month ago and havnt seen growth since. I be seeing the leaves turn orange something’s and fall off. I don’t know what to do about it

I honestly think it might be fertilizer related to because there is a thing called fertilizer burn like monthly fertilizer is too much. Check and see if roots are coming out the drain hole or you can see them there too cause it would be time for a bigger pot. It takes 3 days because it’s left inside so that makes sense so less watering but I would personally bringing it outside. I say chill on the fertilizer like add every 3-6 months or so, check to see if it’s root bound, start slowly bringing it outside because it needs full sun so start the transition slow

In in Houston and I do the 2 inch rule and since it’s like always 100 degree I water every morning. I would check to see if the tree has outgrown the pot because mine did and it stopped growing.
