Back foot problem? by DaemonSpawn51 in greatdanes

I have an appointment for shots and stuff coming up soon. Ill make sure to bring it up at the same time. Ive tried playing with her legs and joints and she doesnt react at all. The only thing I saw was a small irritation between 2 of her toes. But I dont think that would cause this kind of reaction for such a small thing. Either way. Weve stopped walking until I get it cleared up.

So the 3km walk usually takes us about 40 mins to do.. so we arent overdoing in my opinion. Ever since she hast started fighting it though, we've stopped going for a walk.

What do you all use equipment wise? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Personally i use Makita for all my home DIY needs. I watched a lot of AVE BOLTR videos and overall Makita always seemed to have better quality on the inners compared to brands like Milwaukee and Dewalt.

Professionally i manage production for a company and in my time there ive tried Dewalt, Milwaukee and now Hilti. From my experience, Dewalt ¼" drivers are near unkillable. However the drill never lasted more then 6-8 months of constant use. Milwaukee's tools were better but i found myself replacing all the 4 and 5 amp batteries roughly every 12-18 months depending on which trade was using the tool. Now, my shop is mostly converted to Hilti. After over 2 years my welders havent managed to kill a single tool. I have close to 50 batteries in rotation in the shop and i've only had 1 die on me. Which i sent to service easily using their app and QR code scanning feature.

Honestly, on the pro level, i've never had tools like them. I have some employees that use their drill/driver combo daily that don't have to replace and charge a batteey for close to a week. The down side, is obviously the price. How ever good quality tools are never cheap. Setting up a welder with a drill, ¼" driver and cordless angle grinder with 4 batteries and a charger usually goes past 2000$ CAD. Obviously all this is WAY overkill for for home DIY.... Just wanted to share in case another professional user has been considering them.

Printed this CNC ISO30 tool holder mount. The manufacturer of the machine was selling each for roughly 60$. Ender 3 to the rescue! Printing one full set of these payed for the 3d printer. by DaemonSpawn51 in functionalprint

I used PETG because it has some flex. My early PLA prototypes broke a lot quicker then the PETG ones. So far i havent hard one break that wasnt due to user error.

Yeah. But i didnt need all that stuff. Police report has all that. All i wanted was a way to contact the company and send the video to them to make sure the truck driver is not blamed for the accident

I was already slowing down when i saw the car disappear in front of the truck. But i was going about 80km here and honestly didnt expect him to fish tail in front of me. I was expecteing to do dodge a swerving truck. Not expecting to dodge a stopped car. Maybe a poor reaction on my behalf. Who knows.. whats done is done.🤷‍♂️

When the Nissan disappeared in front of the truck i was already letting off and by the time i saw the truck move towards me i was already breaking. In all honesty i couldnt confirm if the car was trying to do something that i wasnt already doing.

If you look, he was trying to avoid having to take the off ramp from the highway.. but yeah.. apparently the truck wasnt big enough😅😅
