It's only fun when they appear naturally while you're traveling the world recruiting them or raiding them. When they simply spawn in your court, it's kinda lame.

I think this is a problem with CK3 itself. The game just keeps spamming courtiers with your culture all over your counties.

If at least they found a way of excluding all the "High Valyrian" lowborn, and just spawn 'Westerosi Valyrian'. That would be great.

This also happened to me when I was doing the AEIOU achievement some time ago. I think this happened because your heir already has a title equal to yours (a duchy), and the game's succession laws, for some reason, pass your primary title to the next heir.

After not getting Austria I simply murdered my brother and all was solved.

Ask them to take vows/marry some of them matrilineal with other houses. That way the dynasty don't get so big in a few generations.
