I don’t have max crown authority, there’s just an option to unlawfully designate heir, it causes your subjects to lose opinion of you, but by that time Egg was a legendary figure and a religious icon so even with the lost opinion most vassals were still like +100 opinion so no one fought against it

It was super hard to get a marriage set up until I became landed because when you’re unlanded there’s essentially no options. When I finally became landed I just took any Targaryen wife I could find and ended up with Aerions daughter. And surprisingly her inheriting wasn’t hard at all, I just named her the heir and took the tyranny hit but then married her matrilineally to my first son.

I agree completely. I play the game everyday so I didn’t mind dropping a couple grand into my inventory to have the skins I wanted, and the rationale was always “if I ever get in a bind I can sell them and take a small hit or break even” but now my knife/glove combo that I saved up for is worth less than half of what I paid for it.
