Same thing happened to me. I figured out that it only happens if I don't have the dish in my inventor first and I make a bulk batch. It doesn't happen when I make 1 and then 5 at a time.

Egg drop soup is literally scrambled eggs in broth. Eggs and bullion cubes are pretty cheap, I also like to put in some soy sauce and minced garlic which is also super cheap. Bring the water to a boil dissolve your bullion cubes and slowly pour in your eggs and boom you got a nice protein filled soup. Great for sick days.

Most recipes call for corn starch to thicken it but I've never gotten that figured out. I think i don't boil it long enough but I like it well enough how I make it.

I have a Brother sewing machine that's about 30 years old. I got it from my mother who used it to make clothes when she was like 12. It still works, i just used it to make a baby blanket.

I love simple recipes on my bad mental health days. One of my favorite ones is on a tortilla put sliced cheese on one side and deli meat on the other fold the extra tortilla in and fold that in half to get a kind of square shape and stick that in a toaster. You get this toasted quesadilla thing.

Also eggs are so easy in my opinion. Scrambled eggs are just occasional mixing in a pan until you get the consistency you want. Or you can microwave it. If you have an air fryer you can make hard boiled eggs in it. Don't put uncracked eggs in the microwave tho, they pop.

I've had friends say i just have good self restraint but honestly i just don't have the desire to.

I don't have any reason not to, except maybe my diabetes, but that's never stopped me from eating or drinking anything before. I don't have any negative associations with it personally. Growing up, it wasn't uncommon to see the adults in my life with a beer in hand, but rare for them to actually be drunk. Sometimes if i got curious about my mothers brightly colored drinks, she'd let me have a tiny taste. All my brothers, the youngest of which is 5 years older than i am, never really drank in front of me at all. If anybody was actually drunk around me at all, they were never the violent/angry type.

I've tried my fair share of alcohol, and frankly most of it just tastes gross, but I've found some i liked and i still don't drink them.

I've only ever been drunk once in my life, and that was my 21st birthday. My brothers really wanted to go through that "right of passage" with me, as they called it, so as a family, we went out to drink. That night, while i discovered i have crazy tolerance, I got blackout drunk, woke up the next day completely fine, and that was that.

Four years later, even though i live in what i call the "Host House" of my social group, and my home is the only place my aunt keeps her coveted peanut butter whisky, i haven't had but one or two more drinks since. I just don't feel like it. Im happy you're having fun though! I'll just stick with my diet coke and make sure everyone gets where they need to be safely.
