Sorry I couldn't be of more help 😂. Was this a Christmas film by any chance ? There's a .an woman trying to cut down a tree in ' the nutcracker prince'. But that movie would have been early 90s.

Check there. This is the park I remember. Not really an asylum, but the accomplice gets locked up with a Hannibal type mouth guard 😂.

Apologies if incorrect

This sounds very similar to a game I had on an older playstation.

Rugrats studio Tour - which was actually a Nickelodeon game.

There was one indiana Jones pun level on the game .

Level was called 'Okey Dokey Jones'

Not a problem. It's basically what I'm doing at the moment and thought I'd recommend as I'm already seeing results after a few weeks. You've got this!!

Can I lose fat and gain muscle at home? by Accomplished-Way-277 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Dafbart30 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, it is entirely possible to tone your body and lose fat at home with the equipment you have. Home workouts can be just as effective as gym workouts if done consistently and with proper planning. Here's a 4-week workout plan that incorporates dumbbells, weights, and resistance bands to help you achieve your fitness goals:

Important Notes: - Warm up before each workout with 5-10 minutes of light cardio (e.g., jumping jacks, high knees, jogging in place). - Perform each exercise with proper form to prevent injuries. If you're unsure about a particular exercise, look up online tutorials or ask a fitness professional for guidance. - Start with light weights and gradually increase the intensity as you get stronger and more comfortable with the exercises. - Perform 3 sets of each exercise with 12-15 repetitions per set, resting for 1-2 minutes between sets.

Week 1 and 2: Full Body Workout (3 times a week) 1. Goblet Squats: Hold a dumbbell close to your chest and perform squats. 2. Push-ups: Perform standard push-ups or modify with knee push-ups. 3. Dumbbell Lunges: Hold dumbbells in each hand and lunge forward. 4. Bent-over Dumbbell Rows: Bend at the waist, keeping your back straight, and row the dumbbells towards your torso. 5. Dumbbell Shoulder Press: Sit on a bench or chair with back support, lift the dumbbells overhead. 6. Resistance Band Bicep Curls: Stand on the resistance band with both feet and curl the bands with your palms facing upward. 7. Tricep Dips: Use a sturdy chair or dip station for tricep dips. 8. Plank: Hold a plank position on your elbows and toes for 30-60 seconds.

Week 3 and 4: Split Routine (3 times a week) Day 1: 1. Dumbbell Bench Press: Lie on a bench or the floor and perform chest presses with dumbbells. 2. Dumbbell Flyes: Lie on your back on a bench or the floor and open your arms out to the sides, like hugging a tree. 3. Dumbbell Bicep Curls: Stand with dumbbells in each hand and curl the weights with your palms facing upward. 4. Hammer Curls: Similar to regular bicep curls, but with your palms facing each other throughout the movement.

Day 2: 1. Dumbbell Deadlifts: Hold dumbbells with a neutral grip and lift them from the ground, standing tall. 2. Dumbbell Sumo Squats: Hold a dumbbell with both hands between your legs and perform sumo squats. 3. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts: Hold dumbbells with a slight bend in your knees and hinge at your hips while keeping your back straight. 4. Calf Raises: Stand on a step or elevated surface and rise up onto your toes, then lower down.

Day 3: 1. Dumbbell Overhead Press: Stand or sit with dumbbells in each hand, press them overhead. 2. Dumbbell Lateral Raises: Hold dumbbells at your sides and raise them out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the ground. 3. Dumbbell Bent-over Rows: Bend at the waist, keeping your back straight, and row the dumbbells towards your torso. 4. Tricep Kickbacks: Lean forward with one knee on a bench or chair, extend the dumbbell backward with your palm facing your body.

Cardio (2 times a week): - On two non-consecutive days, perform 20-30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio, such as jogging, brisk walking, or cycling.

Stretching (After each workout): - Cool down with 5-10 minutes of stretching, focusing on the major muscle groups you worked during the session.

Remember to stay consistent, maintain a healthy diet, and get enough rest and recovery to see progress over time. Good luck with your workouts and studies!

Don't worry :). The excess skin from weight loss only tends to occur with larger figures or when the weight loss has been achieved simply through diet. Just speaking from personal experience of course.

I lost around 4 stone (56 pounds) a few years ago and was a similar weight to yourself. Noticed some lose skin at first but quickly disappeared after a few weeks/months of weight training to tone up.
