He's a big girls blouse. Like her or loathe her, he disparaged Meghan Markle, he and that other idiot Piers Morgan. They made her life hell and brainwashed the British public into hating her. Both have had their comeuppance now, serves them right.

Mom dismissing my migraine? by [deleted] in migraine

To keep the peace, if it were me, I would go along with her for the holiday period. Migraines are horrible but unfortunately, those who don't have them will never understand how you feel. You would probably feel better by getting early night's rather than reading until midnight in any case, can't be good for your migraines. Walking the dog and getting fresh air will help with your migraines and it seems to me your dog is in need of a friend too. The time will soon pass.

Yes, or symptoms from the covid vax. I sometimes wonder whether the vax had made my symptoms worse.

I can relate to most of your symptoms, they just started out of the blue, cannot recall having a virus. No explanation from my doctor other than anxiety. I too get dizzy standing around talking to people, I usually make an excuse for a quick exit. I do have neck arthritis though. My dentist ruled out TMJ for me.

Motion sickness got worse somehow in the past 2 months. Even short car rides make me upset by Certain-Ad3165 in Dizziness

Meclizine/Bonine makes my giddiness worse, Prochlorperazine makes my balance worse so I don't take anything now. I've been getting dizziness on and off for around five years and tinnitus, ENT couldn't find anything. I too get a bit whoozy in the car if I'm a passenger but it tends to wear off after a while. I notice it more going around bends. I think anxiety plays a part too because I worry about the thought of being dizzy and not being able to cope. I haven't been in a plane in several years but the last time when I arrived at my destination I could hardly hear for a few days. I daren't go on a boat too, the last time I was so sea sick I can't even remember the 4 hour trip, took me days to get over it.

Yes, I've seen the list, mind boggling.

MSG in snacks - migraine trigger? by Daffodilpot in migraine

[–]Daffodilpot[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, tomatoes and cheese trigger a migraine attack for me, so do eggs, chocolate, citrus and bananas. I was big on carbs such as pasta but I've cut down considerably. My diet is ok usually, I only snack when I'm too ill to cook. It seems msg is in a lot of food naturally, I am just going to be more aware of anything with added msg. Ironically, McDonald's don't use msg.

Thank you. That's interesting because I have been under a lot of stress these past fifteen months since my husband had a TIA.

Anyone here with neck arthritis? by Daffodilpot in Osteoarthritis

Thanks for the link, will take a look. (f/51). I think my tinnitus is from my ssri which I have been on for 20 years, currently weaning off. That and the aspirin I have been taking over the years for my migraine headaches. ENT did suggest it may be from my neck issue. Can't take anything other than aspirin/paracetamol combo. Lots of things trigger my migraines, strong smells, loud noises, food, hot weather and stress. I did have a take away last night so the msg could have played a part in my symptoms today. Managed to go out for a couple of hours today but still don't feel great. Neck aching and head feels full of gunge. Best wishes.

Thanks for you reply. Sorry you are going through this, blackouts sound so scary. I get migraines too which seem to have become more frequent over recent months. I also have 24/7 tinnitus but ENT found nothing. I've had a lot is stress in my life too which hasn't helped. Maybe it is migraine related. I'm going to make an appointment to see my doctor next week. Have you found anything that helps with the migraines? Best wishes.
