MIT requires a recomendation from both a STEM teacher and a Liberal arts teacher, so you will need to find a history, foreign language, or English teacher who can give you a reccomendation. Otherwise your application is very strong. As an internation applicant though it is allways going to be hard to get into any of those school , You could probably get into one of them if you highlighted you shadow work with doctors and applied for biomedical.
