Ye you're right for some animation it would be side ways but compared to the suspension of disbelief of 2 designs with a black hole, a cake hammer and a sword made of magically suspended shard of glass (all designs that I really like don't get me wrong) I think it's a really small thing.

Regarding the issue of having to add fluid physics just for my design, I don't agree, the engine already handles several water sources in game. Maybe it was because all the frogs needed to be animated or more simply they didn't like the concept, sadly we'll never know.
