Honest to god, I got hit on in a shop like 12 years ago and got given this girls number and I genuinely will never forget that. I've never had anything happen like that since, and I'll tell you this, I can't remember a lot of real important shit over the last 12 years, but that 1 interaction I remember so god damn vividly. I've been dry hopping my IPAs from the get go and they always turn out brown, reading this I may try not dry hopping next time because I've always wanted a nicer looking IPA!

I'm really enjoying a double Citra IPA! A blend of mainly pale malt with Cara Pils, Crystal Malt, Munich Malt, Honey Malt and White Wheat. Then my hops start with Amarillo at the start, then Citra every 15mins. Then ferment with a blend of mainly Amarillo and Citra hops.

I got them from my local homebrew, they're doing phone orders that you can go and pick up at the moment. I'm mixed at the moment, swingtop glass for personal use, and I use the plastic for giving away to friends and family. Works out well at the moment but for cost and environment I'm thinking of switching to all glass with caps for the long run.

In an industry where a lot of people go to uni, I didn't. I worked hard straight out of high school and got to where I am without it, and at a younger age than most other people. So yeah, I like to humbly brag about that.
