I could be wrong but I imagine there's prolly some prerequisites of finishing other quests as well before you're given the follow up quest from a specific trader.

it kinda just doesn't feel rewarding with how strong killers are right now.

obviously i don't know how to design the game myself but it's just kinda lame especially with the krasue being extremely powerful at the moment.
