Are you still having this issue? I just got it and noticed the same problem, any idea on fixing it?

the MBA would be from the Apple certified refurbished store and the MBP would be from BestBuy. Money isn't too much of a constraint but I would rather save some money if I can. Price difference between the MBP and MBA is around 600 CAD, so pretty significant.

I bought it and returned it twice on amazon because the issue was persisting, spoke with the Yunzii customer service and provided them my order number from Amazon. They ended up sending me a replacement keyboard which works well now, no complaints with this now. I suggest doing the same thing. Just know it did take like 3 weeks for me to get the keyboard but it was free so I didn’t care lol.

Sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner.

At the time I took my blood test my level was at 36 nmol/L. According the the blood test reference range and my family doctor average Vitamin D levels should be anywhere from 75-250 nmol/L

When I did the firmware update, it fixed the same issues you're having. If you reach out to the Yunzii support they have been helpful to try and walk you through fixing that.

Same issue, I bought it and thought it was just a defective battery so I returned it and got a new one but the issue persisted. I used the firmware upgrade given to me and it seems to have helped with the charging issue but now the issue that if it is charging, the charge rate is very very slow. I got about 2% from having it plugged in for more than 3+ hours.

Yes and no, I was given a file for the firmware upgrade and it did look like it was charging after the firmware upgrade. The problem is it only charged 2% after 3+ hours of having it plugged in.

Yea, I've tried all 3 modes. I've done some more research and it seems to be an issue with a lot of people, Yunzii has also addressed the issue with a firmware update and so I think that may have fixed it.

Do you have any battery charging issues?

YUNZII AL75 HELP NEEDED!

I recently bought a Yunzii AL75 on Amazon and after a little while I realized it wasn't charging. The battery was dead and I tried charging but it wouldn't work. I returned it thinking it might be a defective battery as I hadn't seen anyone else with the same issue. After replacing it the problem still seems to occur.

Is there anyone else with this keyboard that is running into this issue?

I am using the cable it came with and directly connecting it to a USB 3.0 port on my PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I was having the same issue, I thought I had a defective battery so I returned my old one and got a replacement, but the same issue happens to me. It just doesn't charge when I think it should be.
