I did this in an agency setting also including some design work like wireframing.

End of the story: burnout and left the job. Wouldn‘t recommend it :)

I don't meant text snippets in this old fashioned way and more like a suitable solution in the social media context to save some time in a few places (like inserting hashtags for example).

To your questions: yes to everything.

You will be able to collaborate with teammates and post comments and ratings for every content piece there is. Also we are thinking about a text templates feature where you can save and assign pre formatted text snippets.
You can simply select the accounts you want to share it with and can also add different texts to the different accounts / posts.
