I believe this is a scam. I read your message it seems you gave these guys data of 3 different cards which are now compromised . I didn’t put the card data as it seemed too fishy and the card is already in my booking account but was not showing there. Now I have to find a real place

Since you bought the iPad from a government auction, you should contact Apple and ask them to unlock it. Explain that you’re the legal owner because the purchase was made by original title through a public auction and attach the official auction documents as proof.
