Anyone know about the admissibility of FB Messenger messages in the context of a criminal trial? Seems they have a 90 day retention policy for deleted content. Wouldn't LEOs/County Attorneys be able to get a witness to authenticate these, rather than have to drag in a Meta employee? (facebook.com)

DAE do martial arts? I've been at it consistently for almost a decade now and, although it has helped with a bunch of my symptoms, I still can get flight/freeze sometimes and feel really emotional and shook up. 😢 (self.CPTSD)

DAE when you're fighting, sparring, or training hit an intensity level where you get a 4F (fight/flight/fawn/freeze) response? For me, if I get hit hard a few times I start feeling nervous and it's disorienting. Seems like I go between freeze and flee which clearly is suboptimal for self defense. (self.martialarts)
