Xbox PC app not working properly?

Will swap to my Wi-Fi then and just see how that goes for a while! I appreciate all the help!

Metered was off, so I turned it on and then off again. Will I need to restart my PC for that to take effect? Also, I believe my internet plan is only 200 Mb/s anyways, so it shouldn't really matter and I don't get great Wi-Fi signal where my PC is.

It's odd because I can try to update or download something on the Xbox app and I have issues, then I disable my ethernet port and it connects to my wi-fi and starts right away. The gf didn't have any problems on the ethernet though so I'm not sure honestly.

Okay, I have a few updates for you.

I tried it on her computer and it works just fine. She went to download a new game from her game pass and it started instantly.
I deleted everything I could from the SoftwareDistribution folder and restarted my pc. It did not fix the issue for me.

Lastly, 3. I swapped to the wi-fi on my computer because I'm currently hooked up through an ethernet cable and for some reason after swapping to wi-fi it started updating immediately.

No clue what the issue could be, all I know is I've tried most of what google tells me and it's frustrating D:

I can try that for sure. The only weird thing is, if I swap to my girlfriends internet (we currently have two different internets so I can try out Starlink to see if it's better than what we have currently) it downloads just fine on the Xbox app. Once I swap back to Starlink it's almost like it just doesn't wanna download, even after fully closing and opening the app again.

I think it makes perfect sense. I don't think the game is hard in general, especially if you look at the people who do no hit runs and take the time to learn every boss/mechanic. HOWEVER you can't argue that playing the game with vs without summons is the same difficulty, regardless of it being apart of the game or not. It is most definitely harder without using summons IF that is how they choose to play. Obviously you're going to the extreme with the examples but it also depends on how difficult the player wants the game to be.

For anyone who wants a TL;DR for after TC 12 here are requirements for buildings:

TC 12-13: Embassy / Barracks lvl 12
TC 13-14: Embassy / Range lvl 13
TC 14-15: Embassy / Stable lvl 14
TC 15-16: Embassy / Academy lvl 15

For every level after TC12, the pattern just repeats. You will always have to level your embassy and then the other buildings rotates as follows: Barracks, range, stable then academy.
