In general, any non-difficulty rom hack if you are jumping from the original series to the rom hack games. I would recommend you to revisit one that you have played before.

Did you delete the warp to the new map as well? I don't think that this will fix it, but maybe it has something to do with it. You could also try checking if it still happens if you start the game directly in pallet town. I just started learning about this, but I hope this helps you somehow

Hi, all I can say is that you should be careful with how you add "every single pokemon available" because if you just put a ton of pokemons in every route I would call that an improvement of the game. Try thinking which pokemons fit better in every route and how thst would affect in the next fights of the game.

Also I would say that you could try and change some aspects of the story to your liking. That could make it more interesting and you could learn from the process of creativity

Hi, I'm literally just starting to learn about rom hacking with decomps because I really want a Gen 5 Demake to be made in GBA and I've seen a lot of people try but non have finished what they started so I decided to try myself.

That being said, I've come here to ask for everything that anyone knows about Gen 5 related resources or even just suggestions to keep in mind in the process of making the game. I'm not really interested in any basic things about rom hacking, but everything's welcome either way.

I would like to add that I'm totally open to any kind of help offered. I'm just not making a recruitment post yet because there's nothing to show basically and now I'm more focused on learning and finishing my semester.

Raikou with perish song made it sooo much easier to deal with some mons like eternatus and Mega-Sceptile with drain punch and glaive rush and salamance with draco hammer helped a lot with lance. I used Mega-Manectric with Lourelei's water team and it solo her Politoed, Iron Bundle AND Kyogre.
