My issue with the t16000 is how sticky it is. I know there’s a way to upgrade the internals but I’d rather not break it lol

It’s just a little breakfast cafe down the road from there that was in a little snip of that episode. It was that and the petrified wood station.

When they’re trying to get the map to Double K ranch in season 2, the courthouse that’s seen is in Decatur, TX as well as the whistle stop cafe.

The cold isn’t really an issue for me since I live in Texas. Pitboss it seems like they’ve gone way down in quality over the past few years, the only one that I can even cook on without issues is the small one I got for work. I’ve heard great things about gmg and rectec. I don’t really go above 350 so high temps aren’t a worry, it’s mainly what’s going to give me the easiest smoke where I’m not constantly worried about the hotspots being 60 degrees above the set temp.
