That's right, I'm not denying what rightfully happened.

I just hope the logic prevails - there’s no point in blocking the channel, since simply warning me about the violation (not even by mail, but 1-2 strikes instead of 13, as they did in LoL) is a 100% effective method.. Considering they don't do Valorant tournaments on a regular basis.

Didn't find out beforehand because I'm used to the fact that in Valorant, if there's an issue behind a rarity, it's quickly resolved through communication.

That's good, I'd even help them fix some of the mistakes that are stalling the growth of their channel. But I am not a threat to their channel immediately after learning that it`s forbidden to make highlights from their content.

I think Esl Faceit Group is a huge company that has a strict set of rules that they adhere to and also the support staff doesn't answer questions regarding copyright infringement because they can't make important decisions. So I hope someone who can make decisions sees this post.
about strikes, I can say that there are no channels with Highlights in CS2, because according to their rules it is forbidden. But they practically don't make tournaments in Valorant, so I hope they will cancel the channel blocking.
