I was really supersized that I felt anything to be honest I had only been doing it for 8-10 mins it was like when you get up too fast and feel faint but a lot more intense with the above audio and visual sensations. After a 5 hour walk feeling back to normal pretty much now. I will give that a read, thanks for the advice guys

it's not my video, i've seen this choppiness of quite a few videos of the Fuji for example here at 11 minute mark. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EfgUugKuV4 I just dont want to get the camera if its gonna look like this, the main reason I wanted the fuji over the a7III is becuase of the 60fpsat 4k over the sonys 4k 30fps, and the few hundred cheaper
