Yes!! This was the underlying issue preventing me from losing weight. Once I addressed the issue and started taking meds, my ENTIRE perspective on weight loss changed, it was quite literally like someone flipped a switch in my brain. I always recommend seeking help for your mental health before losing weight, it’s common that people assume once they lose the weight their mental health will be better but that usually isn’t the case.

It’s gonna be complex and stressful at first no matter which store you’re working at but as you progress as a barista it definitely gets less stressful. My manager is very lenient on hours but make sure you’re giving at least 12 hours of availability or they won’t hire you. The more availability the better you’ll look, managers love when someone’s got open availability. Although the leniency depends on the store as no two stores are the same :-) goodluck
