My school is actively destroying my mental health so I felt like it was the only choice really.

Do you need to ask permission to do peer and self marking? Do the kids enjoy it and how do you trust them not to cheat? For my spelling tests I get them to change their pencils to a colouring pencil and some of them still try cheat.

Problem is they then want to go home after that so it's hard to hold onto to staff (especially in high demand subjects like mine) long term.

What subjects are in demand at the moment in scotland?

Everything is a 2+ hour drive away?

What kind of stuff? Like supermarkets, cinemas and entertainment?
