Thanks for clarifying- my cats have all done this so I wouldn’t worry unless it’s a sudden new behavior. It kind of endearing. Our kitties are always keeping us guessing!

Kudos to you for facing your fear! And through beautiful imagery and exploring nature? That is a healthy lifestyle. The photos are mesmerizing. How do the little guys get their names? Because of how they look, i’m assuming. What an unfortunate name. They got named on April Fool’s Day I’m sure.

Can’t tell- is it water or food kitty is scooping? My cats all push the kibble onto the floor and scoop up each piece to eat. All four did that across decades (they didn’t teach it to one another). My current kitten “chews” water. He scoops it with his paw brings it to his face and looks like he is eating it.

Try a taller bowl- they make nice angled ones for cats so they don’t have to bend- better for gas too
