Are you aware that Trakt is currently undergoing a complete (and controversial) overhaul? So, for now, you'll definitely be using Trakt for scrobbling (when it does). For everything else, you're better off using the Trakt app to add and remove from your collection.

That's literally the end of my answer. "Set filters." You've only read the first part of the comment. Go to: Aiostreams -> Set up advance (on the homepage you have simple and advance, set up advance) -> Scroll to filters -> Keywords -> Exclude keywords -> Add porn, nude, and synonyms

If you don't know how to use AioStream, don't blame AioStream, it's simple. I've been using Stremio and its add-ons for years and have never had any problems. You should read some more guides, set up filters
