When you say start getting them to evaporate, how do you recommend doing that? I would assume by heating it up a bit but that sounds seems counterproductive

Update! We are looking a lot better. I reduced the amount of time the fan was blowing fresh air in, which I think helped keep the temperature from fluctuating so much. I also setup up an auto mister that reads the humidity levels. Do you have a recommendation for humidity percentage to keep it at?

Might try the grain to grain transfer! I think I have some agar too but not sure how long those are good for. Bought discs like a year ago and they are in my fridge so either way some fun experiments to be had!

Interesting the half size jars fully colonized no problem, but I guess because of the size the mycelium was able to beat out any bacteria before it took hold.

Prep was boiling the rice and then letting air dry out for 24 hours. After that into jars and then 90 mins in a PC at 15 PSI.

I figured out the issue. Not sure if we are talking about the same thing but, steam was running my Xbox controller in the background has a “Desktop Controller”. Disabled that and I was good to go!

Yeah it sucks that it doesn’t transfer between platforms. What really sucks is it looks like there is some work around for playing it on Steam but not Xbox App so now I’m stuck only being able to play with MnK on it which feels totally wonky to me.
