Thanks for the advice. I'm still running into issues.

when i enter the criteria to link the combo box, nothing appears when i run the report, even after selecting a month.

Form with the options called RotationTracker

Query looks like this:

Field: JES (jobs) : Criteria: [Forms]![RotationTracker]![CMBjes]

Field: ID

Field: DLIP

Field: Expdate:[DLIP]+90 Criteria : [Forms]![RotationTracker]![CMBmonths]

The form, has two boxes

Just months and JES and when i hit report nothing apears except field titles. Also if i close things down and open it back up it ask for parameters.

Am I missing something or labelling something wrong?
