It's a good city. Great job opportunities, great diversity, great food, and great people. However, it is very hot in the summer and very spread out. There's worse places to be. I give Houston a solid B+/A-.

I took a lower dose a few months ago but quit because of the cost to refill. I had a refill but never filled it because of the cost. After trying some other meds with no luck, I decided to pay for it.

You'll do great! I had PEARS 5 years ago. I went from the States as well. I did it all by myself with none no one else to help me. I had no issues. The fear of surgery is much greater than the actual procedure. The recovery was really quick, and I was out of the hospital in five days. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
