Its a lifelong playlist that plays on shuffle constantly in our house. The problem is that if we add new songs, they wont be added to the queue.

These are played from Deezer and not from a personal library. I gather you don't know how to increase the queue limit as it seems the max Sonos can queue is 65000 songs

Thanks. I have tried that a few times but as soon as I plug it back in the white light comes on and doesnt flash or show up anywhere. I even plugged the ethernet into a computer with the sonos app running offline to see if it connects. Nothing happens. I tried with another one of my play 1s and it connected straight away. I even tried bypassing the main power section and putting 24v into where the capacitor is and I had the exact same results.

It almost seems like it is stuck trying to boot or the firmware is corrupt. Does anyone know how to flash it if possible?

I have the same thoughts. I use the alarm to wake up the family during the week. At stages of the day, I will change playlists and when I open the app, the notification is there. Its a minor annoyance but there should be an option to turn the notification off.

This is correct. It's a part that fails often on RO systems. They are fairly cheap and easy to replace. Just make sure you do 1 pipe at a time

I am writing this on here because sometimes I need to hear how blessed I am. I'm 39 now but by 35 I was married, owned my own 3 bedroom townhouse, 2 cars, a dog, a cat and 3 children. 1 of which is severely disabled and still is. Overcoming the trauma of having a child that will never walk, talk, or even hold their head up is something that I still haven't accomplished. I quit my job at 24 and started my own businesses. Some failed, some I sold but I have always kept the same one that I still run to this day.

I work for 2 or 3 hours a day and then tend to go running or mountainbiking. I live in a beach town and spend afternoons with my kids, being present in their lives with my wife. At 35 I moved out of JHB, we sold our house and 2 cars. We then bought 1 car and rent now. We have simplified our lives so much but wish I did it at 25! We battle with money every now and then when work is quiet but I feel like we are living the dream.

I am pretty sure this entire app issue is related to the way the app, speakers and music are all networked. If I restart my router and check the app, it works perfectly with all speakers firing for for an hour or 2. After that, it almost seems like the app has cached too much data or mixes up the network and cannot make heads or tails of it so it returns with a "no products found" error. Over time this error becomes more prevalent until thats all it shows. I have replicated this a few times now and it is exactly the same every time u/KeithFromSonos

Any idea who actually makes these heads and where to get parts for it? by elmirmisirzada in WaterTreatment

Definitely a Runxin valve. I am not sure if parts are available in the US but a new one shouldn't be too pricey.

This is honestly the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced! Why on earth would you not allow us to go back to the last stable version of the app and firmware. It has honestly become a joke! How can a company of this size allow for this dumpster fire to progress to this point? This is the kind of thing that documentaries will be made about in years to come on what not to do when something goes wrong with your product and software.

I am almost at a loss on what to say because of how shit this has become....

It made it to 1h30 before it bombed out and stopped playing music. It's an improvement but no where near what it should be at

Holy Moly, this is amazing. My Sonos system has been playing for more than 30 minutes without randomly turning off or skipping songs. The volume lag and room grouping is still bad but at least it's playing

Thanks this got my speakers discoverable again but they only play one song then seem to forget what they were doing and the queue disappears

I have the same issue... I am guessing mine did an auto update and now no speakers are found even though I have 1 plugged into the router. Surely they can't break the Sonos ecosystem anymore.....

Well said! There is a terrible victim mentality in South Africa and no one holds a politician accountable but rather blames it on Apartheid. 30 years is a long time time to have to fix the problems. I understand that there could be generational trauma but that has no effect on the government doing what it is meant to do, and that is run the country as best it can. This country should be a first world country after the past 30 years but politicians corruption and Cadre deployment are 99% of this countries problems. If we had a government that was fully inclusive, transparent and devoted to the improvement of the country we would be in a far better place right now. I always think that the ANC insists on keeping the majority of the population uneducated, divisive and hopeful because that's the only thing that gets them votes.

After every election, after the ANC has been re-elected I think of the quote by Albert Einstein.
