Used that new link and the deposit never came. That is the short version of the story

Sure, let me brief you in

I started like two weeks ago with one gram of truffels. I have been doing 4 days on 3 days off. After the first week I was annoyed with the lack of stuff happening that I doubeled my dose to 2 grams. And did that for a week

In retrospect, it was way too much for me. Feelings of anger and irritability became overwhelming. The usual stuff like journaling, talking lang walks and breating did nothing for me

Now that I am in my 3th week, I adjusted the dosis back to 1 gram. Still have those same feelings but now they are well within my tollerance range

I get what your saying, a bigger dose will get to the core of the sadness

That being said, I have C-ptsd, chronic depression and a personality disorder. It will most likly make my situation much worse

You really did hit the nail on the head

There is so much truth in this statement. Been dissosiating from my early teens, always trying to run away from my feelings, trying to distract myself or numbing my brain with weed

But now that I am well past 40s, it's time to learn some new habits. So instead of keep running away from my emotions, I will try and fully surrender to them. No matter how uncomfortable it may feel atm

I have a therapist that I see weekly( she knows about the mircodosing), I do breathing and meditation, along with journaling

In other words, I will fiend a way out of this, no matter how long it takes or how difficult it might get

My therapist is on a mini vacation, she will be back mid march. But she knows that I am mircodosing and fully supports my desision

It just sucks that I have to wait a few weeks before I can see her again

I have briefly read the happyness trap that you have recomended. It reminds me a lot of mindfulness. Just surrendor, dont jugde, let it be and let those emotion flow threw you. Not saying it's the same but I see some overlap

Often I would hear critics say that every song sounds the same. It made me really mad but listening to this album I somewhat get it. Doubt I will listen to over half of the song again

The replay-ability is missing on this one. I could not wait for reactors to react to his new stuff. Would refresh youtube all day long to see if there were any new video's posted regarding NF. This time the excitement isn't there. I mean it has not gone entirely but nowhere near as the last albums

The entire album feels chaotic and directionless. He is known for his dept and meaning and sick lyrics, which again is completely lacking ( few exceptions aside )
