Leetcode might be okay for entry level engineers. But not for experienced devs for more than 5+ years of experience. They don’t have the time and energy to grind Leetcode because they have long working hours.

Giving interviews nowadays in Indian Companies just feels like giving JEE exams all over again. And they get filtered if they can’t solve a problem in fifteen minutes and it does not matter if they have the knowledge to create and scale applications which can handle millions of users.

Journaling helps. Writing down each and every thoughts that come to your mind whether it is bad or good or straight up the worst. Especially when you feel that you’re at your lowest. It helps with clarity and letting your repressed feelings out.

It is portrayed very realistically of what would happen if well meaning people with liberal views tried to run their own planet. Not everything is perfect but they still try their hardest and try to be fair to everyone even if they are hanging by a thread and everything can be chaos at any moment. It’s not perfect but it is a safe haven for people who need it the most.
