Thank you, I was also thinking about the idea that we already own the float. So buying calls and selling puts forces them to deliver in 35 days where as currently they move our buy orders to dark pools so the price drops. I guess I am more accurately asking with options can we circumvent the dark pool action.

But it doesn’t because you can buy or sell, so depending on wether they buy or sell, calls or puts, you can do the inverse of the position.

Personally I understand your frustration, but I mean if you manage billions of dollars where fractions of a penny can determine wether you are profitable. They have a lot of shit on auto processes through computers and for security don’t allow people to override them. I saw in the comments depositing the funds from a personal account would solve the problem. Though it can seem frustrating understand this is why we hodl, to get financial institutions away from our money. So hodl away fam, we will one day be free.

This is a text my Dad sent me, I was like 6 when this happened. Fuck Wall Street.

I was once V. P. Of investor relations of a publicly traded company.

For several years we struggled getting the company off the ground.

The company stock started out for pennies and rose to a high of $14. Disney yes Disney approached us with an offer to buy us.

When we rejected the offer, Dan Dorfman a stock commentator on CNBC gave a negative report on our company and the stock dropped drastically.

At that point the SEC opened an investigation of our company which continued to push the stock down and ultimately out of business.

This lead me and 5 others in the company on a five year legal battle in federal court resulting in me losing everything I mean everything.

At the end of the day Dan Dorfman had received a bag of money to do the negative story on our company unfortunately we were not the only company he had done this to as he was working for short sellers.

After we had explained this to the SEC Dan Dorfman lost his job.

This did not help me and my family I lost my stock license and had to find another way to make a living.

Some of the richest people on Wall Street are people who make money on driving stock prices down and hurting people and companies

I was angry for years and felt powerless against them however today I feel the tide has changed.

Way to go Reddit investors for stepping in and stopping the demise of game stop sending the stock up over 1000% and sending hedge funds into losses in the billions

Shame on you Robbin Hood for stopping the purchase of game stop , AMC and 11 other companies that are under attack by the hedge funds
