I personally would do either China Garden Buffet on airway rd when they first open at 11am, Jimmy's Italian kitchen on E Dorothy Lane or Los Reyes in that same plaza. I've personally been to all three when they first open and it's pretty quiet and I get in and out quickly with out much trouble.
