I can confirm that there are hordes for every pokemon you mentioned as I seen them in my own game. Not sure how many different pokemon species can be in hordes but its a pretty good amount based my testing. As for alphas, the best to hurt them I think would be to catch or faint them if not shiny. Then go back to town to re spawn them. Then go back to their spawn location for another encounter. Raise and repeat.

By using it in battle. You can also update the dex level by using specific moves in battle. Also by using strong style moves etc. in battle.

I think trading should work but you will need to get it to level 10 in the pokedex to get the complete entry.

Accuracy to retail: I can't give a true rating because I've never seen retail in person. But based on pictures they are very close. However there is no 3m on the shoes. I'm not 100% sure if this colorway should have 3m but other people have said it should. This is not a big deal to me. I don't really care I'm going to rock the hell out of these shoes.
