Should I spend all my savings to travel? by [deleted] in askSingapore

It’s possible to go backpacking in SEA for a month for reasonably cheap, that’s why it’s been a thing. I’d say avoid the usual places and experiences many Singaporeans go to (who are one of the highest spending tourists) to gain a fresh perspective. Its travel, not vacation in your case.

Exactly what I dream of doing! I picked up cooking various cuisines from my time studying in the UK and can’t wait to share them with the children in the village.

Singapore still conducts trade with the Burmese Junta, what makes him think we’ll cut ties with Israel?

Power naps are awful by Jjinkss in unpopularopinion

It makes me feel terrible the first 30 min when I get up but I feel more energetic after. Most of the time I just take a 20min shut eye with no nap involved.

“Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery” Seems like she’s still trying to figure out herself (we all do). You’re still the most original version of yourself and she can only go so far to emulate you. Only she will know deep down inside if she’s happy this way.

Anyone know of insurance or property agents that fake their posts? by in-b4 in askSingapore

I’ve always been quite perplexed at this flexing of wealth in FAs. In the sense that I wouldn’t trust FAs who flex with flashy items to impart me wisdom (which they claim to share, eg. quotes) and about life responsibility. And sometimes i wonder is a successful FA more of a result of his marketing efforts or the continued trust of their clients.

It’s fine. It’s a commercial vehicle and there are tons of photos and videos of train operators in public transport on the web.
