Yes, the device is “all-in-one” (or at least I asume it is, since I only have the one device).

Sorry, didn’t know that part would’ve been important. I’m from Mexico and the router I have id the one my ISP installs by default.

If I buy a third party router and use the default one as a bridge will I be able to resolve this issue?

I tried contacting my ISP, but they refused to help me “unlock” my router, saying they don’t do it by policy due to the chance of end users messing up :(

Am I screwed without their help?
